Mi Mundo has arranged for the AVE (Aula Virtual de Espaņol), the online system of training developed by the Instituto Cervantes, to be used in all of our online Spanish courses.

The Instituto Cervantes is a worldwide non-profit organization created by the Spanish government in 1991. It is named after Miguel de Cervantes (1547 – 1616), the author of Don Quixote and arguably the most important figure in the history of Spanish literature. The Instituto Cervantes, an agency of the Spanish government, was modeled on the British Council and the German Goethe Institute, and is the largest organization in the world responsible for promoting the study and teaching of Spanish language and culture.

All of Mi Mundo's online tutors have undergone training in the use of AVE.
