Terms and Conditions of Sale
Thank you for purchasing, or considering purchasing, products of servicese through our website. These terms and conditions
supplement those Terms and Conditions, published separately, which govern the general use
of our website as a whole.
If you purchase products or services through this site you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions and will
be required to signify such agreement at the time of placing an order.
General
These terms and conditions (“Online Store Terms”) apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, when you shop
via the Mi Mundo website (“the Website”) and the online store, otherwise known as "La Tienda de Mi Mundo". You are advised to
read them carefully before placing any order and to print a copy for your future reference. By registering and/or shopping at
the online store you accept and agree to be bound by these Online Store Terms and by the
Terms and Conditions of the Website (“Website Terms”) which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and
Mi Mundo Spanish Services Ltd (“Mi Mundo”).
Mi Mundo reserves the right to alter these Online Store Terms from time to time.
References in this document to "the online store" refer to the Mi Mundo official online store at
http://www.mimundo.co.uk/kartris operated by Mi Mundo Spanish Services Ltd.
The Online Store Terms are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any Online
Store Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that Online Store Term shall be severable
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Online Store Terms.
Acceptance of Orders
Mi Mundo validate any order you place and the credit or debit card details you submit to us, via our payment gateway
service provided by RBS WorldPay, before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, Mi Mundo will confirm that
your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form (or
subsequently amend via the account maintenance facility on the Website). Our confirmation of your order brings into existence
a legally binding agreement between us.
Mi Mundo accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. There is a loading limit on all courses
(normally between 9 – 12). There is also a minimum loading on each course, below which a course may be cancelled as non-viable.
Should a course be over-subscribed, you will be offered a place on a waiting list and/or an alternative course. Should you
decline either option, you will be granted a full refund. Should you accept a place on a waiting list and a place on that
course does not subsequently become available, you will be granted a full refund.
Should a course on which you have been offered a place be cancelled as a result of being under-subscribed, you will be
granted a full refund.
Mi Mundo accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch
of your purchase or at the time that a course booking is confirmed. All credit and debit card holders are subject to
validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and Mi Mundo. Mi Mundo will not be liable for any delays to your
order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or you fail our security checks,
Mi Mundo will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
If the case of products, and if online store products become temporarily unavailable, Mi Mundo shall hold your order until
Mi Mundo has the product back in stock and will then despatch the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an
individual product becomes permanently unavailable then Mi Mundo will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a
full refund.

Pricing
The prices of all products and services include Value Added Tax (“VAT”) or other sales taxes where applicable. These prices
may change in line with UK Government, HMRC, and EU legislation, regulation or other directives, or in line with legal
or regulatory directives issued by other relevant and competent authorities.
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods and services being delivered outside the EU.
You will be responsible for the payment of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges
upon receipt.
Mi Mundo reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw
any product or service at any time.
Delivery
In the case of products, your order will normally be dispatched within 5 (five) working days of placing the order.
Whilst Mi Mundo make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, some delays are inevitable and may be beyond
the control of Mi Mundo. Mi Mundo shall not be liable for any delay, inconvenience or consequential loss that you may suffer
in this regard.
If you would like to view the status of your order please visit ‘Order History’ in the ‘My Account’ section of the
online store. If, after checking your Order History, you have any questions about the status of your order then you should
contact Mi Mundo using any of the methods available from the ‘Contact Us’ page.
Mi Mundo are authorised to share relevant personal information with third parties who are used to fulfil your order or
satisfy our obligations to you.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Mi Mundo have the right to cancel any order you make for any product or service if you fail our validation or security
checks. In certain instances you may not receive email confirmation of an order being cancelled. If payment has been processed
you will receive a full refund.
You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product or service purchased through the online store for a
full refund.

In the case of products and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you should return it to
us within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt in an unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning
products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. Full orders returned from UK
customers will receive a full refund including postage charges.
If you wish to exchange or return any product then you should post the product back with a completed returns form to:

Wrap products securely, fix the returns label safely to the parcel and attach appropriate postage. Remember to
include your completed returns form and give the reason for return and any new requirements. Mi Mundo advise that returns
are sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail as Mi Mundo will not accept liability for lost returns. In the event that Mi
Mundo are liable for return postage costs, Mi Mundo will not refund return postage beyond the initial postage charge.
Should you have any queries regarding a return then you should contact Mi Mundo using any of the methods available from
the ‘Contact Us’ page of the Website.
- In the case of courses the following refund policies shall apply:
- If you cancel a place on a course by giving at least 14 calendar days’ notice, you will receive a full
refund.
- If you cancel a place on a course by giving less than 14 calendar days’ notice, but before the start date of
the course, you will be given a refund less 20 (twenty) percent of the course price.
- If, after commencing a course, you give notice to withdraw within the first 21 calendar days from the start
date of that course, you will be given a refund less 30 (thirty) percent of the course price and also, in the
case of online courses, less the cost of any software licence that you may have been granted in relation to
that course.
- If, after commencing a course, you give notice to withdraw after the first 21 calendar days from the start
date of that course, no refund will be given.
Mi Mundo shall not be liable for any supplementary costs that you may incur in respect of preparing for, or undertaking,
any of our courses. This includes the procurement of computer hardware, software and network connectivity in support of
online courses.

Credit and Debit Card Security
The Mi Mundo online store uses 128bit security encryption to protect your personal information. When you enter our
Payment Gateway you are in a secure web site.
Mi Mundo will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and personal information secure but unless
Mi Mundo have been negligent, Mi Mundo will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by
a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering products or services from the online store.
If you have any concerns about shopping over the internet you are advised to read the “Distance Selling” fact sheets
on the DTI website.
Limit of Liability
To the extent that Mi Mundo are permitted by law to limit our liability to you in connection with any order, that
liability shall not exceed the total price charged for the relevant product(s) or service(s).
Your Rights
The above terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Third Party Rights
These Online Store Terms are not intended to give rise to any right which is enforceable by a third party by virtue of
the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
